Paid consulting and implementation services are governed by a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed between Neural Horizons AI and the client. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms of Service apply.
All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Neural Horizons AI reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Horizons AI F.Z.E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from paid services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Neural Horizons AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any confidential business information you share with us during a consultation or engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
