WHY THIS EXISTS

There are more of us than you think. We just can't see each other.

Since launching HER HORIZONS AI, one thing has really struck me: there are so many women working in AI right now. I know women building businesses, leading AI projects, working in data and engineering, strategy, transformation, research and product. But honestly, we don't always know where each other are. And I think that's a shame.

That's really why I started this. I wanted to create a space where we can actually find each other — to connect, have conversations, share what we're working on, ask questions, exchange ideas, and hopefully open a few doors for each other along the way.
