I started my career in FMCG data analytics, learning that the numbers always tell a story most people aren’t reading. That skill followed me through 20 years of marketing, digital transformation, and consulting across three continents. Nobody called it “AI strategy” back then. It was just paying closer attention to the data than anyone else in the room.
Fourteen countries, one recurring pattern
I’ve managed €250K/month ad budgets across 14 countries. I’ve built marketing teams from the ground up for global asset management firms, led digital transformation across 300+ businesses in franchise operations, and spent years in enterprise cybersecurity marketing across MENA and APAC. Different industries, different products, completely different sales cycles — and the same failure pattern showed up every single time.
It was never really a strategy problem. It was a connection problem. Sales didn’t know what marketing was doing. Marketing didn’t know what operations had actually delivered. Finance found out about a cancelled order weeks after the customer already had. Everyone in the building was doing their own job well, and the business was still leaking money in the gaps between them.

Moving to Dubai, and watching the market move faster than I’d ever seen
I moved to Dubai six years ago and watched the UAE market transform at a speed that fascinated me. Government adoption of digital infrastructure, private-sector appetite for automation, a genuine willingness to rebuild processes rather than patch them — it was the first market I’d worked in where “we’ve always done it this way” wasn’t treated as a reason to keep doing it that way.
That environment is exactly why Neural Horizons AI exists here and not somewhere else. The same connection problem I’d seen for 20 years was still there — but for the first time, the tools to actually close the gap in real time had caught up to the problem.
Why I founded Neural Horizons AI in 2025
In 2025, I founded Neural Horizons AI with one clear thesis: the businesses losing the most money aren’t the ones with bad ideas. They’re the ones whose own teams can’t see what the others already know. AI doesn’t fix that by itself. Somebody has to actually diagnose where the disconnection lives first. AI just makes the fix scale once you’ve found it.
My focus now is the transition from AI as an isolated tool to AI as an operating capability — where agents connect information across systems, reason over governed data, support decisions, and ultimately execute defined workflows under appropriate human oversight. That’s a different job than “adding a chatbot,” and it’s the one most businesses actually need, whether or not they’d describe it that way yet.

I built Zonar™, our AI diagnostic system, on my own business before I ever offered it to a client. Found five revenue leaks in my own operation in 48 hours. Fixed three in the first week. It’s run on every client engagement since.

In September 2026, I founded Her Horizons AI, a space for the women building, leading and working in AI across the UAE and the region to actually find each other. Not a course. Not another generic “women in tech” initiative. Just a place to connect, share what we’re each working on, and open a few doors for each other along the way — the same instinct that built Neural Horizons AI, pointed at a different gap.
